ACEC offers a welcoming and affordable venue for your Reception and Banquet. Whether you are celebrating a Wedding, Baptism, Birthday, Anniversary, Reunion or hosting a Reception, we can accommodate your needs. ACEC’s approach is to offers you a flexible package to enable you to plan your important event to meet your particular needs.
ACEC offers spacious accommodations for you and your guests, including a large function room for Dinner and Dance or Reception, an atrium for Cocktails, a Courtyard if you are inclined to dance under the stars, a separate private room to store your personal items or your gifts and on-site free parking.
Flexible Space Plan
Our function room can host your event for up to 380 guests, complete with free parking for up to 150 cars, an outdoor courtyard or indoor reception area for your Cocktail Hour. We are also handicap accessible.
Our space is full of creative possibilities. Our dining area features a rectangular design, with a stage to host your Band or Disc Jockey. We offer stage lighting and a sound system, as well as a commercial kitchen.
We will be happy to recommend caterers and bartenders for your event, or you may make your own arrangements for meals and beverages.
Amenities include oversized banquet rectangular/round tables that comfortably seat 8 or 10 guests, registration and guest book tables, banquet chairs, table linens, etc.
We will be happy to decorate the function room with floral arrangements, balloon, etc. to your liking, or you may make your own arrangements.
Rental Fees
Rental fees will depend on the type and duration of event, the number of people attending and your specific requirements. To discuss your needs and get a quote, please contact the ACEC office.
Deposit and Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated final balance is due at the time of booking. A guaranteed minimum number of attendees are due 10 days prior to your event. The final payment will be due 7 days prior to your event. For any increases in number of attendees, we request a 3 day notice.
