Tradeshows and Exhibits

ACEC offers a convenient venue for your Tradeshow or Exhibit.   With over 6,000 square feet of floor space, and an additional 3,000 square feet of wall and exhibit space, look no further than ACEC. We are located minutes from Route 128 North or South, Route 2 and the Massachusetts Turnpike.

We offer an ideal location to host your event for up to 600 guests, complete with free parking, an outdoor courtyard, an indoor sun-filled Atrium, with ample facilities including a full kitchen.  We are also handicap accessible.

Our space is full of creative possibilities. Our function room area features a rectangular design, with a stage which comes equipped with stage lighting and a sound system. Our well equipped commercial kitchen is available to be used by your caterer or food vendor to serve meals and beverages. Additional meeting rooms can also be set-up to accommodate your particular needs.

Depending on your requirements, the parking lot which can accommodate up to 150 cars can also be dedicated to your event.

 

Rental Fees

Rental fees will depend on the type of event, the number of people attending and your specific requirements. To discuss your needs and get a quote, please contact the ACEC office.

 

Deposit and Final Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated final balance is due at the time of booking.  The final payment will be due 7 days prior to your event.
