ACEC has the perfect location for your next group meeting or corporate gathering.  Whether it is a meeting for 30 or 600, or anything in between, we have the ideal set up and handicap accessible facility for you.  We offer rectangular or round meeting tables of 8-10, arranged for optimal viewing.    Meeting room styles can vary, from an open atrium, to a Board-room, to an outdoor courtyard setting.  Our large function room can accommodate up to 380 seated people, with an adjacent kitchen for your catering needs.

Meals and Beverages:

ACEC can recommend caterers and bartenders for your event, or you may make your own arrangements for meals and beverages.

 

Audio Visual Equipment:

Podium and hard-line microphones are included in the room rental. Other audio visual equipment is available for rent.  Our function room also has a large stage with sound and lighting systems to accommodate your needs.

 

Parking Facilities:

ACEC offers free on-site parking for up to 150 cars. Additional, street level and side-street parking is also conveniently available nearby.

 

Deposit and Final Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated final balance is due at the time of booking.  The final payment will be due 7 days prior to your event.
